Change of Name

Any person can change part or all of their name providing that it is not done for any illegal or fraudulent reason. Many people for example wish to revert back to their maiden name after a divorce and this can be done easily and quickly by way of a Change of Name Deed.

In the case of a child under the age of 16 it is usually the case that both parents would need to agree the change of name.
