As usual we are holding our annual Will Aid month during November 2017.

Under the Will Aid Scheme, certain law firms within the UK participate and join together with 9 major charities to help them raise funds by preparing Wills.  They then donate the payment to benefit the charities included in the scheme. 

As a guideline, Will Aid suggest for a simple basic Will that the donation shall be £95.00 and for a simple pair of basic “mirror” Wills £150.00. 

NB *Solicitors are at liberty to charge the difference for anything other than simple Wills*

The charities included are:-

• Action Aid
• Age Concern
• British Red Cross
• Christian Aid
• NSPCC
• Save the Children
• SCIAF - Scottish Catholic International Aid Fund
• Sightsavers
• Trocaire (a charity established in Ireland to respond to poverty and injustice).

We operate on a first come first served basis, with a cancellation list in place so early response is the key.
