If you park on the car park you may have noticed that the Chestnut Tree behind the rear boundary fence is again shedding conkers thus creating 2 potential risks for a limited seasonal period :-

1. Conkers on the ground – slip or trip.  Although we have somebody who cleans up regularly.
2. Conkers falling from above – injury or damage.  We are unable to control this and the neighbouring business has refused to assist.

In either case the risk remains and anyone choosing to use the car park does so entirely at their own risk.  The Firm cannot be held responsible for injury, damage or loss.
